By booking an activity with Maghreb Sky, you agree to these terms and conditions.
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your activity. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
Cancel up to 24 hours before for a full refund.
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are not suitable for flying, we will reschedule your activity for free or provide a full refund.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with safety requirements.
Maximum weight for paragliding and skydiving is 100kg (220lbs). Please inform us if you exceed this limit.
Minimum age for paragliding is 12 years. Children under 18 require parental consent. Minimum age for skydiving is 18 years.
Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate. Pregnant women cannot participate in paragliding or skydiving.
Maghreb Sky is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during activities. All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify activities due to safety concerns, weather, or other circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
